Nice stay, friendly staff!

We stayed for one night in a standard double room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, really made our stay pleasant. The view from our window was so nice with all the greenery outside. Only thing is the room felt a bit cramped. The picnic area was a cool spot to chill too!

The television had persistent setup issues that made watching anything frustrating!!! Inconsistent housekeeping left some essentials unstocked during our stay. Improvements needed for a better checkout experience with slower engagement.

The deluxe double room was spacious and beautifully designed, making it perfect for our family getaway. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety, and the children loved the nearby sports facilities.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the vibrant university area and enjoyed great food at the bar. The staff was really accommodating. The cleanliness of the place stood out. Just a heads up , registration for parking at the hotel is essential after you park at the multi-storey car park. I would definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway.

Unfortunately, we found the shower floor to be in need of some cosmetic repairs. That was a bit of a letdown during our stay.

We had a lovely view from our room and enjoyed a nice 2-minute walk through a leafy pathway.

The room was spacious, and I enjoyed the comfortable seating area which made it a cozy spot to unwind. The cleanliness was top-notch, with daily housekeeping keeping everything immaculate. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile.

This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. I remember when the staff kindly helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. I’m definitely coming back next year for another stay!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited the local parks and the university's beautiful grounds. The on-site bar and restaurant were great for meals, and everything was clean and comfortable. Just a heads up, you'll need to park in the multi-storey car park, so make sure to register your car at reception. Definitely recommend for a group getaway.

great service but minor room concern

The staff exhibited professionalism and went above and beyond to address any issues I had. the meals during my stay were exceptional, especially the seabass, which was cooked to perfection.

Comfortable room, peaceful environment, equipped with convenient amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, and located within easy walking distance to the university’s own train station for effortless transportation.
